Alan & Kathryn Scott - Lead Pastors

Alan & Kathryn planted the Church in 1999 after spending some years ministering in Glasgow. They have been married for nine years and have two wonderful daughters, Sophie & Emily Joy who are their continual delight.
Their passion is to see lives increasingly transformed and the multiplication of missional communities throughout the whole of Ireland. As well as leading the church, Kathryn works as a songwriter and regularly leads worship at different national and international events.

Ricky Wright - Director of Compassion Ministries

Ricky and Karen have been married since 2001 and have twins, Ethan & Kaitlin, and daughter Erin, who keep them increasingly busy! Dave Pavey – Children's Pastor

Dave, is married to Andrea, and is father of the lovely Nicole, Daniel & Levi. Although he has lived in Northern Ireland since 1991, Dave still shows his 'Englishness' when it comes to sport, which has been rather unfortunate at times! Dave oversee's all the ministries involved with children from birth through to 11 and specifically heads up ALLSTARS our programme for 6-11 year olds. Meanwhile, his fantastic wife leads Little Stars, our 0-2's programme. As a church we understand how hugely important kids are in the Kingdom of God and this is reflected by the amount of resources and effort that are put into this ministry.

They are also self confessed 24, Neighbours and West Wing fans! Neil also loves football a lot and his supportive wife now enjoys the occasional game also!
