We would love to invite you to apply for a stall at our upcoming Christmas Artisan Market, an event created to celebrate local talent, support small businesses, and bring our community together.
We are seeking a diverse range of talented traders who are passionate about quality, craftsmanship, and creativity. Whether you create jewellery, homeware, artwork, textiles, candles, ceramics, food products, or other handcrafted goods, we would love to hear from you.

Application Process

- Applications will be considered based on the overall variety of traders and products, helping us to create a high-quality market experience for both vendors and customers.
- Applications will be reviewed as they are received – we encourage early application as spaces are limited.

Stall Pricing
We are committed to keeping stall fees affordable while creating a high-quality event experience for traders and visitors alike.
Trader Rates
- Standard Artisan Stall (6ft table included): £30
- Additional Space (6ft table included): £20
- Food & Beverage Traders: £50
- Electricity (where available): £10

What types of traders are you looking for?
We welcome applications from artisans, makers, artists, designers, crafters, food producers, and independent businesses offering quality handmade, designed, locally produced, or artisan products.
How are traders selected?
Our aim is to create a varied and exciting marketplace for visitors. Applications are reviewed based on product quality, suitability, and the overall balance of traders attending the event.
Why should I take part?
Our goal for this market is two-fold. Firstly, it’s an opportunity for local crafters, makers and small business owners to:
- Showcase the talent and entrepreneurial spirit of the North Coast
- Connect with new customers and other local makers and businesses
- Display your work/products in a welcoming environment
- Play a part in helping local enterprise flourish.
It’s also a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of people across the North Coast through a welcoming festive community event (with the added bonus of visitor ticket donations supporting the work of anti-poverty charity, Vineyard Compassion!)
Are tables provided?
Yes, tables can be provided depending on the stall package selected. Traders may also choose a space-only option and bring their own display equipment.
Can I share a stall?
Shared stalls may be permitted with prior written approval from the organiser. Both businesses must be declared within the application process.
Do I need insurance?
We strongly recommend Public Liability Insurance and may require proof of cover depending on the nature of your products. Food traders must comply with all relevant food safety requirements.
Is this a church event?
The Artisan Craft Market is a community event open to everyone. At Causeway Coast Vineyard, we have a desire to see our community thrive in every way – the Market is one way we hope to contribute to this through supporting local businesses, celebrating creativity, and fostering community connection.
Where does the money go?
Visitor tickets are offered on a donation basis, with all donations supporting Vineyard Compassion, which provides practical support to local people and families.
Income received through trader stall fees helps cover event costs and supports the activities of Causeway Coast Vineyard.
What if I need to cancel?
Please refer to the Trader Terms & Conditions. Refunds may be limited depending on the timing of cancellation and costs already incurred by us.
Will you promote my business?
We will actively promote the market through social media, community networks, and marketing campaigns. Accepted traders may also be featured on our event channels before the market. We would value your promotion of the event through your channels also.
