Blueprints Business Workshops

at Causeway Coast Vineyard

Blueprint Business Workshops are a place of learning and connection for those within a workplace or business context.

Each workshop is a standalone evening, focusing on a different topic, with both practical teaching and sharing of real-life experiences.

Workshops will be hosted by business leaders from across the North Coast, who lead with integrity in their everyday.

Whether you have been in business for years, find yourself in a position of influence in the workplace, or have a dream of starting something new, come along to be inspired, challenged, and encouraged.

Together we will learn what it looks like to find purpose within the everyday work environment.

The Workshops

Dealing with challenges in business – Navigating Covid, Brexit and Cost of living

with Andrew Lynas

23rd May 2023

“Imagine this triple whammy – dealing with Brexit when you sell to Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, then losing 85% of our business in 7 days next during Covid and battling the worst Food inflation in 20 years with a cost-of-living crisis!”

In this workshop, Andrew will address the question, ‘How do we deal with uncertainty and challenge?’

Strong and Healthy Leadership

with Karise Hutchinson

30th May 2023

There has never been so many self-help books, podcasts, and courses about how to be a better leader. Yet, for all this ‘learning,’ it is not easy to see role models of strong and healthy leaders in society.

In this workshop, Karise will help participants understand the real meaning of leadership – the process of knowing, doing, and becoming, and provide insight into how to exercise the leadership muscle in a strong and healthy way.

Being Emotionally Agile in Business
with Ali Hutchinson

6th June 2023

Between potential and performance is the interference. Ultimately, this interference is internal, as in the story we are telling ourselves. This workshop led by Ali will be relaxed and fun as we create some emotional agility to navigate current challenges.

Enabling Entrepreneurship

with Jayne Taggart, Chief Executive of Enterprise Causeway

13th June 2023

Are you tired of working for someone else and ready to be your own boss? Do you have a great business idea but don’t know where to start?  If this resonates with you, Jayne will be leading this very practical workshop designed to empower aspiring entrepreneurs, like you, with the knowledge, resources and support needed to turn your dreams into reality. You will also get the opportunity to hear from a panel of successful entrepreneurs who have been where you are today and learn from their experiences.

How to position your start up for success
with Russell Kelly Managing Director – Fuelwise and Score Football Centres

20th June 2023

20% of businesses fail in the 1st year and 60% won’t make it past the 3rd year of trading. In this workshop with Russell, we will explore what steps you must take to ensure your start up business is best placed to succeed and thrive.

Cybersecurity within Business
with Nigel Mulholland, Managing Director of Nitec Solutions LTD

27th June 2023

Stories from the front line – what does it take to protect yourself, and your business from the nastier side of the internet? If nothing else, the hope is that you will walk away from Nigel’s workshop with some practical advice, and a larger sense of your responsibility to protect yourself and your customers. The format will allow for plenty of open discussion, and all being well, we can learn from each other.
