Join Our Journey: Senior Pastor Opportunity at Causeway Coast Vineyard

Are you passionate about leading a vibrant, compassionate, and missional church community? Causeway Coast Vineyard (CCV) in Coleraine is seeking a Senior Pastor to guide us in pursuing God’s heart for the Causeway Coast area. With a congregation of around 700 and a dedicated staff team, including a significant compassion ministry, CCV is a pioneering church on the north coast of Northern Ireland.

We are part of the Vineyard movement and committed to creating a Jesus-centered, Holy Spirit-empowered, and community-transforming culture. Our church is a place where lives are transformed as people surrender to God and commit to following him every day. We are dedicated to bringing life and transformation to every area of our community as we pursue God’s dream for the North Coast.

We are seeking a Senior Pastor who shares our vision of seeing a healthy church thrive and a community transformed through the power and love of Jesus. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large church context and will embrace our mission of building a generous, hospitable, and supernatural church. They will help us remain inwardly strong and outwardly focused, leading our team and congregation towards growth and transformation.

If you are an experienced leader with a heart for spiritual formation, community transformation, and dynamic teaching, we invite you to apply. Discover more about us and join us in seeking God’s heart for the Causeway Coast and beyond.
