The SLT and Trustees of CCV have committed to implement all the recommendations of the independent review. We want to be transparent about how we are implementing these recommendations, so we are publishing our progress against each recommendation. We have made progress on many of the recommendations over the past 7 years since David McCracken took on the role of Operations Director, some have been addressed over the past number of months and there are actions outstanding on others. We recognise that many of these areas will need ongoing attention. We plan to refresh our progress update in 4-6 months.
