Causeway Coast Vineyard (CCV) is a vibrant, pioneering, missional community in Northern Ireland with around 700 people attending Sunday services in any month. An exciting opportunity has become available for a career focused Human Resource & Operations Manager to join CCV.

The successful candidate will be passionate about people and will have the opportunity to drive and manage all aspects of the HR function. This exciting opportunity will be based at our Church in Coleraine and will also include responsibility for our charity Vineyard Compassion.

This role will be part of the operations team of CCV (which includes Vineyard Compassion) and as well as HR, this individual will be responsible for legal compliance including safeguarding, Health and Safety, Data Protection and general office duties.
